How to delete your account and all data

1. Email hi@decoria.studio from the address linked to your account (Apple or Google sign-in), or include the device identifier shown on the Account screen in the app (bottom footer — long-press to copy).
2. Use the subject line "Account deletion".
3. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• your account (user identifier and email address),
• projects, briefs and assistant conversations,
• room scans, photos and generated visualizations,
• shopping lists,
• pack balances (unused renders/slots — irreversibly).

What we may retain

Only data required by law: accounting records related to purchases (up to 5 years, tax obligations). They contain no content of your projects.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

You can delete projects, scans, visualizations and shopping lists yourself in the app (long-press or open an item → Delete). You can also email hi@decoria.studio specifying what to remove.
