Decoria.Studio Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern the use of the Decoria.Studio mobile application (the "App") for iPhone and iPad.
The service provider is JS Technology Jakub Szczybiełkiewicz, ul. Bukowa 24A, 55-093 Kiełczów, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 8272162838, REGON: 100300408 (the "Provider"). Contact: hi@decoria.studio.
By installing or using the App you accept these Terms.

The App helps you design an interior with AI: a style-and-budget conversation (brief), room measurement (LiDAR scan or a saved scan), photorealistic visualisations (renders), furniture layout, and a shopping list with real products.
Requirements: iPhone or iPad with a current iOS version and an internet connection; scanning requires a device with a LiDAR sensor.
Using the App requires signing in with your Apple account (Sign in with Apple) — no passwords or forms. Projects, scans and purchased packs are tied to your account and available on any device you sign in on. Account deletion together with all data — on request (Section 7).

The App offers a free starter allowance: a number of visualisations per project and a number of projects per device. Current limits are shown in the App.
Additional visualisations and project slots can be purchased as packs (in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store). Prices are always shown in the App before purchase, in your App Store region's currency.
Purchased visualisations are shared across all projects on your device (and linked devices). Packs do not expire.
Packs are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. Refunds and payment issues are handled by Apple under App Store rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
In the free tier the App shows ads (Google AdMob) while your results are being generated.

Visualisations, layout proposals and shopping lists are generated by AI models and are illustrative and inspirational. They are not a technical, construction or execution design.
Generated images may deviate from real room proportions and product availability. Prices on shopping lists are estimates or come from external shops and may change — the binding price is always the seller's.
Product links may be affiliate links — if you buy after tapping a link in the App we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

Scans, room photos and brief content remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service (including transmission to AI-model providers to generate your results — see the Privacy Policy).
You agree not to submit unlawful content, in particular photos of people without their consent.

We strive to keep the App available, but technical interruptions and third-party limitations (Apple, AI-model providers) may occur.
We are not liable for purchase or renovation decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content (Section 4), nor for the offering of external shops that links lead to.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights under mandatory law.

Report issues to hi@decoria.studio — preferably from the Account screen (the message then includes your device identifier, which speeds things up). We reply within 14 days.
App Store payment complaints are handled by Apple.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We will announce changes to these Terms in the App at least 14 days in advance; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. Changes do not affect acquired rights (purchased packs).
Polish law applies, without prejudice to protections of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
